The one bedroom units are 600 square feet, the bath off the bedroom, the kitchen in the center and the living room on the water side with the view deck where you can barbeque, basking in the sunshine and enjoy the views and beautiful landscaping.  The penthouse has 1,100 square feet of living space has one bedroom, one bath and one den.

A washer and dryer is available on the first level area and extra storage is available for every unit. There is safe parking on the lower parking lot or on the street-side that has room for nine vehicles.
